  • What should I do if I have't received the registration code?

    After the purchase completes, you will receive an email shortly with the registration email and code included. If you do not receive it within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your Spam or Promotion E-mail folder just in case it was incorrectly classified as spam or promotion email. If you still do not receive your code after several hours, please contact our support team at support@avclabs.com via e-mail for further help.   • What are the differences betweem the trial and full version?

    The trial version of Photo Enhancer AI allows users to convert 3 pictures. The trial version of Video Enhancer AI allows users to convert 3 videos for free. Before purchase the full version, we encourage you guys to try the trial version to see the program is the right for your.

  • What can I do if I received prompt "Invalid Code" on AVC.AI products?

    Firstly, please make sure that you have downloaded the right program. Secondly, the registration information is case-sensitive, so please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. If the problem still persists, please contact our support team for help.

  • What should I do if I bought the wrong product?

    You can contact our support team with the order ID of the product for help, and we will exchange the product if the price of two products are the same. Or you can purchase the correct product and email us with both order IDs. We will arrange a refund for the wrong product.

  • Are your products automatic renewal? How do I cancel it?

    AVC.AI products are subscription-based, which means your monthly or annual subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of your subscription term.
